Probably 18+m ago, I tried to identify ECOB's facility in Durres - for which no address was given on the website. And an address still does not seem to be on the website or, maybe, is just hard to find - under the contact section, all that's given is : "Factory address - Durres, AL" .
Following various hints I found dotted around, I used Google Streetview to drive along all the likely roads in the industrial area to the north of the city. I failed to find any location that matched the pics of the facility then on the website. I visited Albania with my wife, but by then my interest was waning, and we didn't get to Durres.
I've not followed the story since - and got a fairly rough ride on ADVFN etc at the time for daring to want to actually identify the site we were being shown & told about.
I'd still want to check out what we are being told prior to any investment.
Thanks OB. I liked your original thesis, invested at 4p, retrieved the original investment at 22p, and in light of these results, sold out at 11p. I couldn't have done this without your timely analyses. Thanks again. Onwards and hopefully upwards with RGL.
ECOB is a turnaround in that it is a sort reincarnation of Fox Marble (which is still around of course) but I view it more as a start-up and so reguires patience to hold and is unlikely to generate FCF soon. My concern is that it may be taking on too many projects and should first make a commercial success of what it has now, so I sold out after the series of announcements last October.
It’s an odd stock this. The RNS in some cases haven’t made clear, that contracts have not been fully binding. It’s almost like they are memorandums of understandings, yet the RNS almost suggest they’re done deals. Does the high insider ownership and funding offset some concerns, well maybe. They were happy enough to fund a second production line.
I’m on the post what to do with this one. Not selling but not adding either. It’s not a big enough position to spend too much time thinking about it

ENI has had a brilliant run, up 48% plus divis over 1 year vs under 15% for SHEL. Great spot!
