SED-ition Part 5
Production announcement at a EV event attended by India's major automotive players
Saietta VNA interviewee: “We start production in February.”
This dovetails perfectly with my production model which assumes production begins in February.
This is fantastic news and the income stream begins as production builds at VNA.
Based on my models, VNA will generate about £1m of dividends in the coming 15 months, then £8.3m in the year starting April 2025. SED gets half of dividends (Padmini the other half)
So SED gets dividends but also gets royalties too (and there’s no cost of sale to these). £4m and £14m - hence me sharing this exciting development.
Electric vehicles appear to be getting a high level of focus judging by the commentary from the conference.
The AFT is live and for sale on Padmini’s web site.
Noteworthy, too, that 4 SED Directors bought in £350k of shares in the recent fundraise.
Emmanuel Clair - ex Goldman Sachs, NED
David Woolley - was profiled in SED-ition Part 1
Devyani Vaishampayan - ex RollsRoyce, NED
That’s a lot of additional money for insiders to be committing. What does that suggest, reader?
The jigsaw puzzle pieces continue to come together for this Top 20 Idea for 2024.
This is not advice.
