No, compared to the market cap £1.8m xps of £17.1m would be 10.5%.
Compared to the NAV, which is probably a more reasonable basis, it is 3.8%. It would be further be reasonable to say the admin contains an element of cost of sale. Revenue from services are about £0.4m a year and COS was zero so reclassifying £0.4m as cost of sales, a net £1.4m expense is below 3% of NAV.
