At $9950/tonne there’s good margin for producers. I think there’s a distinction to be drawn between speculative copper explorers, some of which have been bid up, versus producers some of whom their share price is nearly the same as when copper was $8,000.

I was a holder in RXM bought the day after Trump was elected as a reflation play and just taken out as a x9 cash bid, so keen on copper.

But, everyone and his dog are keen on this theme.

In the past this has not been a good backdrop as a predictor of future returns...
